As president of Total Turf Services, Inc. Mark has over 30 years experience in the Green Industry. He started the company Pennink Arrimour which provided Landscape and Golf Services in the Northeast. The company’s rapid growth was generated by providing high quality and high safety standard that clients demanded. Mark is a black belt in Six Sigma and sits on industry and local boards. Total Turf Services has developed into one of the top Golf Renovation/Irrigation Companies in the country. Many courses that Total Turf Services has worked on have won National Recognition, such as Golf Renovation of the year 2004 for White Manor Country Club, Malvern, PA. The company’s main goal is to provide quality work in a safe environment for our employers and clients.

After achieving his bachelor’s degree in business management in 2006 Bryon came into the company as a full time employee. Prior to working full time at Total Turf Bryon worked many summers in golf course construction and maintenance, landscaping, and general construction. He brings many new skills and ideas into the company, helping us become more efficient in our daily operations. Bryon has worked on many local golf courses in the area including: Saucon Valley C.C., Overbrook C.C., Gulph Mills G.C., Squires G.C., Lookaway C.C., Applebrook C.C., Meadowlands C.C., Lanarch C.C., Doylestown C.C., and Hersey’s Mill G.C.

Hal Morley Joined the company in September of 1996. Currently he holds the position of construction supervisor and primary heavy truck driver. He is also a certified Pennsylvania pesticide and Turf chemical applicator. Hal is experienced in most aspects of hardscaping, specializing in pavers, retaining walls, planting design and installation. Before coming into the landscape industry Hal Attended Penn StateUniversity where he earned his bachelors degree in landscape contracting, and turf management. Hal has also earned his class A commercial drivers license and does all of the companies heave equipment moving.

Mike came to Total Turf Golf Services 13 years ago. Formally a local superintendent, mike had a passion for construction. With a B.S. in Agronomy from Delaware Valley College, and 28 years experience in the golf industry Mike brings his extensive knowledge to our company. In Mike’s 13 years he has managed 7 new construction projects and 22 renovation projects for Total Turf. Some projects that have Mike’s thumbprint on them include: Woodway C.
